This was a waste of money and time. The restaurant wasn't easy on the eye in terms of hygiene. Food wasn't nice at all. I recommend you remove this place from your list before people get sick.
The food was mediocre at best and the owner didn't make it easier as he was talking and talking and talking to us so we didn't even get a chance to properly eat. The decor was outdated and the food was not up to par. Would def not go there again.
Horrible burger was cut in half for two ham burger rolls, not as advised at all, chips was less than 10 chips, overall horrible , we asked for one chicken and one beef got both beef probably to use one pattie. so disappointing.
Not as advertised. Flavour was good is the only reason for half star. Half Pancake was smaller than half a side plate!! Very disappointing at the rip off.
Did not get onion rings as shown. Only received half a pancake instead of "pancakes" as stated and shown.

We took the Chefs Gourmet Picnic Basket option. We had our own basket so did not purchase theirs. Unfortunately the warm foods where packed in a big aluminum foil container which did not fit in our basket - so you may or may not need to bring your own...

But the fruit skewers were missing. Pancakes were really great too even though our ice cream had already melted. Will definitely recommend.

My overall experience was pathetic! If you going as far as hyperli to advertise your business the least you can do is make it memorable for the guest to come back.
The food was better the ever all though they didn’t had any fish or sauce at the time

Lovely relaxing atmosphere with reasonsbly priced menu. Staff seems to be friendly however there's a lot of chitter chatter going on ( talking about pregnancy and boyfriends) that is a bit unprofessional and leans to customer neglect
My first time experience was the best. It was a child friendly environment which makes dining ou easy. My kids love every moment at Atlantic Express. We were treated like royalty from the moment we entered until we left.

The food was delicious and there is no doubt that we will become regular customers. We ended of our evening with a stroll on the beach watching the sunset on the Pavilion.

The meal was kid size. Pan cakes below restaurant level. I wouldn't recommend it ever to anyone. McDonald's would have been a better option sadly
The seafood platter was yummee. The softest calamari I had in years. Wiil be back for the Thai Green curry - got a sampler to taste...DELISH!!

The food tasty and well presented and the staff was very friendly.
The place does not look like in the pictures. The train looks old and inside it has a disturbing smell. It looks dirty. Couldn't even eat there we asked for take aways. I couldn't eat the food but my husband said the food was very nice.

While travelling to pick up the basket, we informed Atlantic Express that we were running 15min late, but they had no idea of the reservation. Thankfully the lady on the phone provided assurance to us that she would sort the matter out. After arriving we had to wait an additional 15min until the order was finally ready. Reached our picnic destination and was disappointed to find that no fresh fruit was provided as advertised, although Picnic Basket was otherwise quite nice.
Final Verdict: Definitely not worth the price nor effort.
