MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE ON HYPERLI

The owner is unprofessional, she had a child attempt to put on local anesthetic for me and do my microblading. The child is between 9- 13 years at least. For an appointment that was made a month in advanced and confirmed the day before.

She is a scam.

I must say that it was quite disappointing when we arrived and only then we were told that we will need about 3 sessions to get the desired results as advertised on Hyperli! That meant more money (which was a lot) and more trips...

I must say that it was quite disappointing when we arrived and only then we were told that we will need about 3 sessions to get the desired results as advertised on Hyperli! That meant more money (which was a lot) and more trips to Pretoria East which is more than an hours drive for me.

Due to that we ended up cancelling, NO SERVICE WAS RENDERED AT ALL !

In future, can we have more details in terms of the offer so that we don't waste our time.

This was a birtyday gift for my Mother in law, she was so happy with the outcome of her new eyebrows. She had the best experience ever.

We struggled to get the appointment, eventually she gave us a date via whatsapp. She then cancelled our appointment 30 minutes before the appointment time telling us that she has a back pain and she didn't show any remorse about that, she is VERY RUDE!!!! It's more like she is doing you a favor by giving the appointment.

People like this should not work with people and should not advertise their work.

Excellent service! Esmie is very friendly and accommodating. I also had my nails done and haven't stopped receiving compliments from my colleagues. Can highly recommend her services!
