Chef Szabi is a passionate artist who fell in love with French cuisine and South Africa. He traveled and worked in many countries around the world developing his passion for the culinary arts and mastering the French technique. Captivated by the beauty of Cape Town, he opened up his new restaurant and called Cape Town home.
