About the Classes
While in all our classes we introduce strength, flexibility and balance, the PACES are different:
Beginners Hatha Yoga - slower paced class to build awareness regarding your body's alignment, the MINDFUL actions allow the brain to register movements, and where props are introduced to help you explore and realign in your practice. Great place to start for beginners.
Gentle Vinyasa and Restoratives - This is a restorative and RELAXATION based class which is preceded with simple and gentle series of yoga postures, followed by supported restorative yoga poses, breath work and quietening the mind. Great for beginners and those who need centering and grounding, a break away from constant 'doing' and overly stimulated adrenaline causing fatigue.
Vinyasa Flow Class - FASTER paced 1 hour class that will focus on building strength. Expect a lot of movement in this style of yoga.
