Submission-grappling, or no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is a form of competition and a general term for martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds.
The term “Submission-grappling” usually refers only to the form of competition and training that does not use a “gi” or “kimono” as in the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Attendees get to enjoy unlimited access to these classes during their month of training and beginners are welcome, as no previous experience is needed.
