- The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
- Orders to be placed by emailing your Hyperli voucher and prints to hello@pawcasso.co.za
- Order cancellation notice via email is required within 24-hours from redeeming your Hyperli voucher before the artwork is processed in the order queue
- All Pawcasso orders are sent nationwide via The Courier Guy's Overnight option with tracking details
- Your Hyperli voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and discount codes
- Framed Prints, Canvas Prints and Photo prints do not include free shipping
- Our turnaround time for Framed, Canvas and Photo Prints is 7 working days from the final confirmation of the draft artwork preview by the customer
- Custom, personalised artwork such as Framed Prints, Photo Prints and Canvas Prints cannot be exchanged once delivered
- Digital Portrait Prints are delivered electronically via email inbox
- Our Digital Portrait turnaround times are 48-hours for final electronic delivery
