General Terms of Sale of a Hyperli Voucher

These terms of Sale applies to every voucher you purchase on Hyperli

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 The Merchant may have its own terms and conditions applicable to the sale, supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering.
1.2 It is solely your responsibility to make contact and cancel any reservations made within the Merchants cancellation policy.
1.3 Non-cancellation of a reservation will result in it being considered a no-show, where no-shows forfeit their Hyperli voucher.
1.4 Hyperli voucher may not be exchanged for cash.

2. Subject to availability
2.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Voucher does not entitle the Voucher Holder to receive the Merchant Offering at a specific time.
2.2 You are strongly recommended to contact the Merchant at an early stage. Doing so will give you the best chance of securing your preferred time for the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering.
2.3 Hyperli cannot influence the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering. 
2.4 Vouchers may not always be available to use on special occasions i.e Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Christmas etc..

3. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers of the advertised goods and services
3.1 If you redeem your Voucher, but the Merchant has not properly provided you with the Merchant Offering, or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Merchant Offering, you must take action against the Merchant directly. This is because the Merchant, and not Hyperli, is responsible for the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering.
3.2 Hyperli only sells and supplies the Voucher. However, if you and the Merchant cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, Hyperli may, upon your request, try to help resolve the issue between you and the Merchant.

4. The picture displayed is only a representation
4.1 All images shown are for illustration purposes only, actual products may vary.

5. Exclusions
5.1 Hyperli does not cover additional tax, service charge or gratuity.
5.2 Gratuity is not included in your Hyperli voucher and is applicable to your entire bill before any discounts are applied. 
5.3 Vouchers cannot always be used in conjunction with in-store promotions. 

6. Redemption
6.1 The voucher will clearly state whether reservations/bookings are required with contact details to do so, alternatively, check deal or with Merchant for redemption instructions.
6.2 Hyperli vouchers may be limited to a maximum per person, per Merchant or per redemption, which is at the Merchants discretion. Query whether multiple vouchers may be used before booking directly with the Merchant.

7. Ticketing/Event Deals
7.1 Hyperli does not provide refunds for these types of vouchers e.g Any ticketing event, show or expo
7.2 Always check the Fine Print of a ticketing deal for its validity period/date – dates are specific to that event and may vary accordingly

Travel Deals

The below terms of Sale applies to every Travel voucher you purchase on Hyperli

1. Booking Policy
1.1 No bookings will be accepted 48 hours prior to arrival.
1.2 Hyperli will be redeemed once the booking has been confirmed. 
1.3 100% cancellation fee applies after bookings have been confirmed – No refunds are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
1.4 Rescheduling of a booking provided the change is made one week prior to arrival – subject to availability. 

2. Exclusions
2.1 Your hyperli voucher does not cover: 
2.2 Meals and flights not specified, breakage fees, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, porterage and tipping and sightseeing not mentioned.
