  • The voucher is valid for 1 month from the first class.
  • Kindly activate your voucher membership at the beginning of the month and all classes must be completed within that month.
  • IMPORTANT – No carry overs for missed classes will be permitted.
  • An indemnity form will be signed before starting the class.
