They never bothered to come back to me. The second one I got my dates mixed up and now they are saying I will forfeit it because I didn't come through. What's wrong with allowing a rebooking because they were also at fault. I would like my money back! They never answered my email or bothered to come back to me.

This was a total scam. My teeth look exactly the same. I was offered a toothpaste to whiten the sides at R100 which I bought thinking it will help...I regret that... in-fact I regret buying this voucher and wasting my time like that.

I booked my partner a massage on Saturday the 18 July. The lady, who massage him hurt his lower back so badly that he had to seek medical attention. The treatment was suppose to be 60mins yet she only spent 40mins on him.

Very small and cramped space, without a receptionist to allow entry to the building (or an indication of where the front door is). Horrible product.

Using the listed address in the GPS - it takes you 500m away from the actual location. Even after we did not arrive by our scheduled time, no one from the spa bothered to call to see if we were still coming or if we were lost. After we called to find out where they were situated exactly, we were told to put in a different address in the GPS and that they were next door to that address. We eventually got to them late and so they cut our treatment short even though, if they put proper directions on the voucher, we would have been there well before our appointment!
They need to add GPS co-ordinates and a better description to their location on the voucher.
The massage itself was alright, we would have enjoyed it more if we werent stressed about not being able to find the place and not getting our full paid for treatment.

The facilities in the treatment rooms have that “cheap” feel and look. There is no place to put your clothes just simply in the floor or wherever. No gowns or slippers were offered.

The two ladies that did the treatment were not bad, they were ok. I have no idea on their names as they didn’t introduce themselves.

Would I recommend this voucher or establishment to anyone? No. I didn’t think it was value for money.

I think they should consider using other products or changing their products (Maybe product is past expiry date). Otherwise it was good. The place is also a bit difficult to find.

The place is hard to locate through google maps. had to cancel my appointments on several occasions due to difficulty locating the place. Customers who wants to visit the place must just put the name of the spa as a location instead of the street name...

I suggest some ambient music as it most certainly sets a calming/relaxing mood and also helps to drown out other background noise.

Possibly dim the lighting a bit

and lastly to just give attention when collecting the hot stones from their container that it is a swift/quiet action vs. sounding like a guy who has had one too many and it looking for a brew in his cooler box. :)

Only issue was they started 15 minutes late. Also finished at 11:30 where did I loose 15 minutes. Wandi the therapist was awesome.

Relaxing experience, feel like a new person, every knot n tight muscle stretched out. The rapist was thorough, patient and went out of her way to provide excellent treatments. Venue lacks the spa ambiance n too much light coming through the rooms.

TD was friendly and her service was great. i would definitely recommend her
