The treatment was exceptional, however some things need to improve. Welcoming or treatment of guest whilst waiting for their treatment needs improvement. We felt unattended, had to ask questions about how things work. Also, need to improve on cleanliness...

We felt unattended, had to ask questions about how things work. Also, need to improve on cleanliness because only one towel was changed in the rooms, the rest were used on multiple clients. This is unacceptable, each client should get new set of towels upon treatment. We hope this will improve.

Massage was done by Thando, she was professional and the massage was excellent. Highly recommended.

The product works, however, I was told that I need 3 other products for it to work effectively. I have done 5 sessions for my waist area and have only managed to shed off 2cm. It doesn't work effectively on it's on, you need to do some exercising and...

The product works, however, I was told that I need 3 other products for it to work effectively. I have done 5 sessions for my waist area and have only managed to shed off 2cm. It doesn't work effectively on it's on, you need to do some exercising and watch your diet.

So in a nutshell. 4 sessions is not enough for you to see the results.
