I have made numerous visits to Bedazzled and spent thousands of rands on the treatments and products but my last visit left a very bitter taste. I had called at 11h00 to make an appointment for 14h00 for a friend and myself as they were very quite and sent out messages to advertising specials. As I arrived my friend called to say the N3 was closed due to a major accident and she would not be there on time. I passed on the message to the owner as that was not something anyone could control and she insisted I pay for my friend even though it was an act of God. I told her that is not fair as I had only booked the appointment 3 hours ago but she was not interested all she cared about was the R200 cash for my friends massage and she would rather loose a long standing client like me who has literally spent thousands of rands. I paid for my friend which has nothing to do for me but will never go back to such a money greedy person again and while i was there she sent out the message with the new 24 hour cancellation policy which was not in effect when i made my booking and considering I made the booking 3 hours earlier had no bearing on me. While I understand she loves money, customer service is also very important. I am extremely disappointed as i have been a loyal customer for many years and would never treat a customer of mine in that way and perhaps she was really desperate for that R200.
My wife and daughter we quite impressed by the massaging techniques and care, truly value for money,
The massage was good, I was not given a gown & there is room for improvement. Not showering after the massage was a down for me, I was told I had to state before hand and for me with those oils its a default thing
