Given 40 minutes massage instead of 60 min. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, they ran late then I had to suffer the consequences. When I asked why I was told that they have other clients. Felt so disrespected that other clients are more important dispute the fact that I'm not the one who was late.

Hyperli needs to remove this so called,"spa" from hyperli.

This place is a dump! It's dirty and unhygienic with rude staff.

Pot quality, it was not at all what was promised. When asked to increase the pressure of the massage, I was asked to pay more

When you call, they are open till 8pm but when you say it's a Hyperli deal then you are rudely told that Hyperli deal is 10am and no space more than often
Hyperli, please have the merchant honour vouchers AS PER THE HOURS stipulated on the deal
