I bought my Hiperli voucher for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. There was no description of the product along with its name. When I got to the salon, I was told that I can get a “gelish” manicure if I pay an extra R100 on top of my Hiperli voucher as I didn’t want a nail polish. I am not an expert on manicure jargon and thus I was under the impression that I would be getting a manicure that would last me for the month. Needless to say, I was unhappy at the way the confusion was handled and in the end the “gelish” manicure looked boxy and heavy handed. I left somewhat anxious and I won’t be going back to Beauty Den anytime soon. The experience was unpleasant and unprofessional.
