  3. It’s so quick, all we need is an email address (and a few minor details), promise
  4. Simply click 'create my account' and you'll be sorted

It's tricky trying to remember your millions of passwords isn't it? Don’t rack your brain, simply click 'Forgot your Password' to Reset!

Simply enter your registered email address and Submit. Look out for the OTP we've sent to that email address and set up your new password.

Pssst… if you don’t get an email from us immediately, check your spam folder/Junk Folder too (just in case)

From the Hyperli Homepage

  1. Click Sign In
  2. If you’re a First-Time Buyer, Register is what you looking for
  3. If you’ve already registered, simply sign in and Start Browsing
  4. Browse through the website and select the offer you wish to purchase and click 'Add to Cart'. You’ve now added the offer to your cart (top right)
  5. Continue this process for multiple purchases
  6. Click View Cart once you’re ready to complete your purchase
  7. In the 'My Cart' section, you will be given a summary of your order. You will be able to review, remove and change the number of items bought
  8. If you’re happy with your order, click ‘Checkout Now’ to proceed to the payment section
  9. Select your preferred method of payment (Credit Card, Snapscan, Instant EFT or Payflex)
  10. Have a promo code or Gift voucher? Insert your code in the field provided and click ‘Apply’
  11. Click 'Continue' to complete the purchase
  12. Once payment is received, you'll receive your Hyperli voucher

We have 4 different payment methods you can choose from:

Credit Card:

This option can be used whether you have a Credit or Cheque Card. Capitec Cards can also be used if the Global One function is activated at your nearest Capitec Bank Branch.

EFT Pro:

ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank or Investec

EFT Pro can only be used if you have set up your Internet Banking profile. Log in using your internet banking credentials.

EFT Pro is perfect for shoppers who don't have a credit card to shop online with, because this payment solution allows you to pay for goods by electronically transferring funds using internet banking.

SnapScan:

Download the SnapScan app to make payments, No cash, no card, simply pay with your phone.

Payflex:

Payflex allows customers to split the cost of the purchase up into 4 equal payments. No interest & No Fees.

Didn’t receive your voucher or need to download it again? No worries, we’ll get them to you in a flash.

Sign in to your Hyperli Account

  1. Click on 'My Account' and select ‘Vouchers’
  2. You can view & download any voucher that’s still available.

Easy, all you need to do is log into your account to retrieve any missing vouchers.

Simply check the Fine Print of your voucher, it will tell you exactly what you need to know and what to do to redeem your Hyperli voucher.

The Fine Print will give you the information you need to make contact with the partner offering you’ve bought.

Promo codes are the additional discount promotions offered at any time during the month or special promotions sent to customers via email.

Gift Vouchers are issued by our customer service team for refunds.

Gift Cards are vouchers issued when you purchase a gift card via the Hyperli website 0 can be gifted to family and friends

How to apply these:

  1. During Checkout, insert your code in the field provided and click ‘Apply’
  2. You’ll notice the discounted amount appear in your order summary

Psssst…. If you have a promo code & gift voucher you can use them BOTH. Simply apply each code, one after the other, during checkout

A few things to know about Promo Codes

  1. No refunds are applicable on promo code discounts
  2. If a promo code has been applied to an order and the order is not complete, whether abandoned or pending, the promo code cannot be reapplied to a different order

Request a refund has never been this easy, all you need to do is:

  1. Sign-in, click on ‘My Account’
  2. Go to the ‘Order History’ tab

Here you will find all your order details and a ‘Request a Refund’ option just below the order details.

With a click, a refund request form will appear.

Has your voucher expired without you realising it? Not to worry, we’d be happy to offer you a Hyperli credit in the form of a gift voucher (on the condition that the Fine Print allows us to do so).

The gift voucher can be applied to any other purchase you make and your Expired Hyperli voucher will be made inactive and no longer redeemable.

If you would like to credit an expired voucher:

  1. Sign-in & click on ‘My Account’
  2. Go to the ‘Order History’ tab
  3. Here you will find all your order details and a ‘Request a Refund’ option just below the order details.

    With a click, a refund request form will appear.
