TURMERIC OATS 
  • Oats with turmeric and cinnamon topped with coconut flakes, fresh banana, cranberries and dates.

MEDITERRANEAN SCRAMBLE 
  • 3 eggs sprinkled with oregano, Greek style prepared with feta, chorizo, tomato and baby marrow, chilli and garlic. 

DE LA CRÈME OMELETTE 
  • 3 egg omelets prepared with mozzarella, tomato, bacon and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. 

HUMMUS TOASTIE 
  • Toasted rye topped with hummus, rocket, avocado, grilled baby tomatoes, feta poached eggs and zatar spices.

AVO SMASH ON TOAST 
  • Fresh avocado crushed with lemon and salt, topped with mushrooms, crumbled with feta cheese and dukkah. Served on rye bread.

SPINACH POACHED DELIGHT
  • Grilled artichokes and cocktail tomatoes on a bed of baby spinach, lemon dressing, parmesan shavings and topped with poached eggs.

HEALTH BREAKFAST 
  • Homemade Muesli, Greek yoghurt, nut and seed sprinkle.

VEGAN BREAKFAST 
  • Baby spinach, cocktail tomatoes, mushrooms sprinkled with zatar spice served with pita bread and hummus.

  • Two eggs, two sausages, two bacon grilled tomatoes and toast. 

DE LA CRÈME BREAKFAST
  • Two eggs, bacon, sausage, halloumi, mushrooms, tomato and toast.

EGGS BENEDICT
  • Poached eggs topped with Hollandaise, crispy Parma ham served on top of toasted ciabatta with a side of cherry tomatoes and asparagus.

  • Grilled cocktail tomatoes, topped with a poached egg and pesto.

  • Two poached eggs in a rich thick sauce of tomatoes, chilli peppers and onions.

ZUCCHINI STACK 
  • Crumpets and bacon served with basil, tomatoes and avocado salsa topped by a balsamic reduction.
