• Mel’s Focaccia - Homemade oven baked Genovese style focaccia, sprinkled with sea salt & served with our signature angel butter dipping sauce.
• Celestial Pops - Jalapeno, two cheeses & mashed potato croquettes, covered in panko crumbs & flash fried. Served with a spicy cream cheese.
• Fast & Fieryous Chicken Livers - Tender chicken livers cooked in a creamy peri peri sauce & served with focaccia fingers.
• Wing & Prayer - Chicken wings with a choice of our homemade peri peri or BBQ.

• The Real Deal, Fillet Prego - Marinated & pan fried fillet on crusty portuguese roll with garlic, wine & butter pan juices. Served with peri peri dip & served with rustic fries.
• Saffer Chicken Prego - Chicken breast marinated in a tomato peri peri sauce, on a toasted portuguese roll. Served with rustic fries.
• Classic Skye Burger - 200g BBQ glazed pure beef patty, toasted sesame bun, lettuce, tomato, double cheddar cheese & dill cucumber. Served with our killer homemade retro monkey gland sauce & rustic fries.
• The Purist’s Mussel - Our mussels come on the half shell in the most authentic of seafood sauces - butter, garlic, onion, birds eye chilli & lemon juice. Served with a torn & lightly toasted portuguese roll.
• Maravilhoso Prawn & Chorizo Tagliatelle - Tagliatelle tossed with prawn and chorizo in a light creamy fennel sauce. A glorious marriage of flavours.
• Classic Fillet - Perfectly cooked 200g fillet medallion, topped with a creamy green peppercorn sauce and served with rustic fries.
