About the pairing

Mixed tasting:

A beautiful combination of Beau Constantia’s wines and our Pas De Nom range. Enjoy a tutored tasting of four wines including the Pas de nom Blanc de Blanc and Creative Batch as well as the Beau Constantia Lucca and Aidan flagship red wines. 
 

• Pas de nom Blanc de Blanc MCC
• Pas de nom Creative Batch – (A blend of Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Verdelho, Viognier, and Fernao Pires )
• Lucca - (Merlot, Cabernet-Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon)
• Aidan - (Shiraz, Petit-Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec)
