Terms & Conditions
Please read the 14 Days of Surprises terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to all persons entering the 14 Days of Surprises 2022 (“14 Days of Surprises”) conducted by Hyperli, situated at 55 Somerset Road, Somerset Square Cape Town (“Hyperli”) (“Promoters”).

If you do not agree to be bound to any or all of the Terms contained herein, please do not enter the 14 Days of Surprises. If you take part in this 14 Days of Surprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept that the Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable in any form. Entry implies acceptance of these Full Terms

1. The 14 Days of Surprises is organized by Hyperli (“Promoter”), and is open to all citizens and legal residents (provided that the entrant is also a resident in South Africa at the time of winning and receiving any Prize herein) of South Africa, who at the time of entering the 14 Days of Surprises are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, and are in possession of a valid South African Identity Document (in the case of residents, must also have a valid passport, South African bank account and necessary residency permission). Persons that are excluded from entering the Promotional 14 Days of Surprises is any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant (“Associates”) of the Promoters and/or Hyperli., or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, is employed by or is controlled by Promoters, and/or immediate family members of Associates, who are indirectly or directly connected to or employed by any party in the aforementioned capacities or relationships, their advertising agencies, manufacturers, distributors or bottlers of beverages identified by the trademarks owned by or licensed to Hyperli. (“Disqualified Persons”).
2. The 14 Days of Surprises will run from Sunday 11th of December 2022 at 10:00 CAT and will end on Saturday 24th December 2022 at 23:59 CAT (“14 Days of Surprises Duration”). To be entered you need to purchase any deals on the day of the competition, which will qualify you to enter. Each day is a new competition; therefore, you may enter and stand a chance to win every day.
3. Winners are announced on Saturday 31st of December on Hyperli’s social media platforms. Products will only be delivered in the New Year.
4. The winner’s name and image may be published on Promoter social media sites, and accordingly, by participating in this promotional 14 Days of Surprises, all entrants are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the social media sites of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Promoters website, and of entrants mobile network service provider (where applicable) and by entering this 14 Days of Surprises, entrants further allow the Promoter permission to publish his/her name and photograph on the Promoters Social Media pages.
5. Entries that are unclear, illegible, are submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, contain errors, or from Disqualified Persons, will be declared invalid. If the Promoter is unable to reach any entrant or completes the verification process after drawing his/her entry for whatsoever reason, such entrant will be disqualified, and the draw of a replacement entry shall take place in the same manner.
